BPN partnered with Norrsken Kigali to support women entrepreneurs through a targeted Women in Business program. Following a needs assessment, BPN provided tailored capacity-building support, including fundamental business management training, locally adapted modules, strategic business planning workshops, and a wellness-focused stress management session. This partnership aimed to strengthen both the professional and personal resilience of 15 women entrepreneurs, equipping them with practical tools to grow and sustain their businesses.
