About us  

The Business Professionals Network (BPN) is a Swiss non-profit foundation founded in 1999 by entrepreneur Jürg Oprecht. 

We support small and medium-sized enterprises with growth potential. Our goal is to create sustainable jobs, which is a prerequisite for economic development and poverty alleviation. Georgian entrepreneurs who are willing to invest in and develop their own companies can make a significant contribution to this. That is why supporting entrepreneurs is our priority. 

Currently, BPN operates in Kyrgyzstan, Nicaragua, Rwanda, Mongolia and Georgia. 

1. General Terms and Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and BPN Georgia (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “We”), which governs your use of the Company’s website and the terms of service. BPN Georgia offers the User the opportunity to purchase educational services through the Website under the terms and conditions set forth in these “Terms and Conditions”. By agreeing to these “Terms and Conditions”, the User confirms that he/she wishes to use the services offered by the Company on the Company’s website under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. All Users who wish to use the Company’s website are required to agree to and comply with the Terms and Conditions set forth below. The Company’s administration reserves the right, at any time, unilaterally, by publishing on the same website, to make changes to these terms and conditions without further additional consent of the User, which shall enter into force 24 hours after their publication. Copyright protection: The materials posted on this website are subject to the Company’s copyright and it is prohibited to process the said material and/or part of it, publish it (except for sharing the said material on the Company’s social media page via the “Share” button, with full respect for copyright), download it personally and/or through any third party for commercial purposes or/and without it, download it for distribution or/and without it. In case of violation of the rule set out in this article, the Company is entitled to demand full compensation for the damage caused by this action. Personal data: The Company stores the personal information you provide in this document (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address) and is authorized to use it in the future for the purpose of offering the Company’s services through direct marketing. Educational program and seminars: The calendar of seminars and events developed by the Foundation, their description and cost are provided on the website. Interested users can purchase any seminar/workshop/event that interests them. Discounts are available for participants in the Foundation’s program and in other special cases, which are announced in advance by the Foundation. Payment terms: Payment for the Foundation’s paid services can be made using the following methods: 

• Online payment via bank card (for both companies and individuals) Personal bank details are entered directly on the bank’s website, which fully ensures data protection and security. • Payment for the service is made by bank transfer based on an invoice that will be sent to the user upon registration for the seminar/event (for both companies and individuals)

 

1. Refund 

A participant of an educational event is entitled to request a refund of the paid amount no later than 1 business day before the start of the seminar/event, which will be transferred to the bank account specified by him/her. 

Refund conditions: 

If you wish to request a refund, please contact the Foundation employee in advance and inform them about the refund request; To initiate the process, you need to inform the Foundation of the invoice number, seminar/event date, reason for the refund and send it to the Foundation’s e-mail address: info@bpn.rw 

Refund procedure:

• BPN Georgia, in case of a request for a refund of the purchased event by the user, undertakes to refund the user 100% of the amount paid by the user for the training only 1 business day before its start. • BPN Georgia will reimburse the user for the cost of the purchased training in the manner and amount established by this article within 10 business days.
