Mr. Kayiranga Sebakara Gaspard is a BPN Trainer since 2016. Gaspard has a B.A. Degree in Economics and Management Sciences, a degree in Commercial and Financial Sciences and is currently undergoing the E-TCP training focusing on ECommerce. A Trainer and Consultant with experience of more than 21 years working with SMEs, private firms, NGOs and Financial institutions; in Finance, auditing and administration Management, including monitoring and evaluation, budgeting, accounting, procurement, contracts management and community mobilization.

Gaspard is a Licensed Tax Advisor by RRA, (Rwanda Revenue Authority), a Licensed External Auditor of MFIs by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) a Certified Insolvency Administrator by ORG/RDB (Office of the Register General).
