The BPN Senior Business Coach takes on responsibilities related to coaching entrepreneurs who are already or about to be part of BPN Program, towards sustainability and growth.

The BPN Trainee Business Coach supports in the activities related to helping entrepreneurs in the pipeline to prepare a realistic Business Plan and assessing their needs in the business. Furthermore, the Trainee Business Coach supports in the administrative and logistic activities related to the Coaching Division scope of work.

The BPN Junior Business Coach takes on responsibilities related to helping entrepreneurs in the pipeline to prepare a realistic Business Plan, assessing their needs, coaching entrepreneurs who are already part of BPN towards sustainability and growth.

The Head of Impact & Communications plays a pivotal role in driving BPN Rwanda’s mission by strategically leading two core functions: Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Marketing & Communications. This role ensures that BPN captures, analyzes, and communicates the measurable impact of its entrepreneurial development services, and tells compelling, data-driven stories to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical acumen in M&E with the creativity and clarity of a seasoned communications strategist.

The Credit/Access to Finance Officer is responsible for evaluating and facilitating financial access opportunities for qualified entrepreneurs, in alignment with the organization’s non-financial support framework. This role includes assessing the financial capacity and creditworthiness of entrepreneurs, guiding them through the financial process, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practices. The ultimate goal is to support business growth and sustainability through responsible financial access.

The Program Manager is responsible for the designing and coordinating the implementation of a Program. S/he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of a Program, fostering collaboration among crossfunctional teams, and driving project outcomes.
