The Aguka Mentorship Program is a one-year initiative designed to empower 100 youth-led businesses across Rwanda. Implemented by BPN Rwanda in partnership with UNDP, the , and Norrsken, and funded by the European Union – the program strengthens strategic, operational, and technical capacities to foster sustainable business growth and economic development.

Aguka targets young entrepreneurs from all districts of Rwanda, offering tailored coaching, mentorship, business development training, and access to networking opportunities, markets, and investment linkages. The program enhances profitability, scalability, and job creation, contributing meaningfully to Rwanda’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Participants are supported throughout the year with hands-on coaching, capacity-building workshops, technical assistance, and business incubation. Through seven key outputs: mentorship, coaching, training, networking events, technical support, and business linkages, Aguka equips entrepreneurs with the tools and resources to thrive and create long-term impact.
